Junior Opti Race Team

Age: 10-11 year old
Difficulty Level: Intermediates-Advanced (8 week commitment required)

This class is for younger sailors who are eager to learn to race. Sailors will build upon all of the skills they have learned in prior classes, and apply them to the racing fundamentals. It will be strongly encouraged that all sailors sail in at least 3 regattas throughout the summer. These regattas will be determined by the coach, and will be “team events." Many will be encouraged to participate on the Opti Race Team the following summer(s).
