Skippers Class Session 1
26th June - 20 July 2018
Skippers build on the skills they learned as Ensigns or Mates. They practice both helming and crewing skills in RS Feva class and occasionally Crosby Fast Cats. They learn to fly spinnakers, land at a mooring, beach launch, basic racing skills and advanced knots. In addition, they increase their knowledge of navigation and weather patterns. Skippers will also log time in Wianno Seniors as time and weather allows this summer, learning basic big boat tactics.
